Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Cyrus Ryan has a nose of baked black plums and blackberries with hints of damp earth, dried herbs and fruitcake. The palate is full, rich and raisiny with lively acid and chewy, approachable tannins, finishing with an herbal lift.
