The 2011 Onda is layered with aromas of cherry, fresh raspberry, dark black fruits, cassis and dried flowers. On the palate, it exudes blueberry cobbler, with mineral tones highlighting the freshness of the vintage. The mountain nature of this blend is shown in the tannin profile; it’s refined with a boisterous edge. The elegant finish is dominated by dark chocolate and currant. It will age gracefully for 10-15 years.
Stored in a climate controlled cellar on its side in the dark at 55 degrees F and 75% humidity since purchase.
